Did you know when you shop at upscale resale shops many of the items are barley worn or never worn?  Thats true and I can speak on this subject firsthand.  Why is that you ask yourself?  Simple when you shop at high-end resale shops you are shopping the discards of lots of people with disposable incomes. Shopping is fun and they can afford to purchase many items.   For many  people shopping is a full-time job and that can be used to your advantage.  They take the shock value out of purchasing high-end items which means you can go to the bank on that and look fashionable at the same time.
